Role

I worked as a UI/UX Designer for 3 weeks. Responsible from user and product research to visual design.

Problem

Museums miss out on a lot of audience as people tend to associate them with solely an offline kind of amusement. However, they could be a qualified competitor to Netflix, YouTube, Instagram or Tik Tok.

Requirements

Solution

To attend an exhibition, it is no longer necessary to go to MOMA or fly to Europe. The future is here: the boundaries of the real and the virtual are gradually being erased, and museums are moving beyond their own building.

Create an online platform where people can interact with everything that a museum has to offer, and that can be a way to attract new audience.

Mood board

I dug dipper into the Minimalist movement in the art - General Movement. I collected info about world-famous artists and their works.

Highlights: Airy, Black and white, Crisp / geometric forms.

Then I found suitable examples in the Web Design field.

Competitors Analysis Overview

I went through a similar user flow on the competitor websites, analyzed used solutions, collected screenshots with good and bad examples of design, completed overview with brief notes.
